Changes & Returns Policy

Our goal is to completely satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order, or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and in accordance with the following terms.

 

In order for a return to be accepted the item

  • must be returned in its original condition and packaging, intact and without any damage.
  • It must not have been used or washed.
  • It must not have had any insignia / brand markings removed.
  • You must have contacted our customer service by e-mail at info@thiamia.gr or by phone on 0030 6948 88 98 89, prior to the return. It is essential that you mention the order number or purchase receipt number.

If it is deemed that the above conditions are not met, our company reserves the right to return the item to the customer, at the customer’s expense, without changing the product or refunding.

 

Changes

Item changes (in size, colour or other items) are subject to availability. After we receive the item and the checking is complete, we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

Shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s responsibility, unless an item is defective or an incorrect one, in which case we will cover the return & shipping costs for the replacement.

 

Refunds

You must have contacted our customer service by e-mail at info@thiamia.gr or by phone at (0030) 6948 889889, prior to the return. It is essential to mention the order number or purchase receipt number.

The refund is made within 14 working days from the date we receive your parcel. Once the checking is complete we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, at the time of purchase (card, bank deposit, etc.).

Shipping costs and any bank charges are entirely at the customer’s expense.

An order containing a gift must be returned with it, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Order Cancellation

The customer can cancel an order, in case it has not been shipped. If it has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Our company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect customer data.

 

IMPORTANT

No parcels are accepted with transport charge to our company unless prior communication and agreement has been made.
