Our company offers items for sale via the internet. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw temporarily or permanently items and services, as well as their description and prices, without prior notice. All items are subject to availability.
Item prices are those in effect at the time of ordering. The company is obliged to send you the items ordered, having the properties and prices posted on its website at the time of ordering.
We make every effort to present the items, their features and prices accurately. However, there may be typing or technical errors. Some items may appear on the screen of your device slightly different in size, colour and texture to the actual product.
Our company operates exclusively online. Receipts of purchase are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you have indicated in your order. Please make sure that the e-mail address you enter in your order is correct. Changes & Returns Policy
Changes & returns of products are allowed within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the relevant legislation. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Gift Card
The electronic gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on more than one order, until its balance is zero. It can be used together with discount coupons and can be combined with other payment methods.
Changes to products purchased with a gift card are accepted, in accordance with the changes & returns policy of our website.
The gift card can not be exchanged with money and can only be used to purchase products. It cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
Gift cards are not rechargeable, exchangeable, or refundable, even in part, for any reason (including theft, loss, damage, or expiration). There is no possibility of cancellation.
Our company bears no responsibility for the non-receipt or delay of the gift card, for reasons beyond our control, such as:
damages to telecommunications systems
delay or loss of information or data
incorrect recipient details, which may have been provided by the buyer of the gift card
in case the e-mail has ended up in the recipient’s spam folder
