Shipping Methods

In order for your order to be shipped, it is necessary that the full payment has been made and the payment has appeared in our account.

Your orders are shipped

• Throughout Greece via ELTA COURIER and BOX NOW
• In Cyprus via BOX NOW
• In Europe and all other countries via post office

 

Delivery times

Our shipments are carried out Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, except on holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, as well as during holidays and sales periods.

• Within Greece 1-5 days
• Cyprus 3-10 days
• Europe / Other countries according to postal times

Our company is not responsible for delays that may be caused by the transport company or unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, strike).

 

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost appears upon completion of your order.

 

Within Greece

• with ELTA COURIER 4€ up to 3 kg (1€ for each additional kg)
• with BOX NOW 2,50€ up to 20 kg

There is no extra charge for customers in remote / inaccessible areas.

For orders over 70€ shipping is free of charge.

 

Cyprus

• with BOX NOW 15€ up to 4 kg

For orders over 100€ shipping is free of charge.

 

Europe / Other Countries

The charges listed in the official Greek Post Office price list apply and we will also contact you for the final amount. In case that customs clearance or special charges apply, the recipient will bear the cost.

 

IMPORTANT

If upon receipt you find that your parcel is tampered with (torn, damaged, opened, wet, etc.), you must refuse to receive the parcel from the carrier and contact us immediately at (0030) 6948 889889 or by e-mail at info@thiamia.gr.
